All items are ironed in a smoke-free environment to ensure your garments are clean and fresh.
All items are pressed by hand.
All items for which hangers are provided will be returned hung unless you have requested otherwise. All remaining garments will be folded neatly.
Customers must provide items washed and ready to be pressed. Any soiled/ damaged items collected will be returned un-ironed to avoid any confusion and misunderstanding.
Prices are based on per item.
In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged, we will compensate up to £20 per item on receipt according to original proof of purchase.
Offer of free collection and delivery only applies to first order unless otherwise stated.
Payment should be made prior to delivery or on collection from where garments are pressed. If no payment is received, we reserve the right to withhold items until payment is made.
