Any laundry booked to be pressed must be clean and washed to a high standard before collection. If required a safe location can be arranged for collection of laundry.
Prior to pressing a customers laundry all equipment, including steam iron, ironing board, board covers, hangers & rails, will be sanitised or replaced.
Garments are pressed in a well-ventilated environment with equipment and surfaces sanitised frequently throughout the working day.
Pressing of garments will be carried out wearing disposable gloves to prevent any virus being transmitted to or from the fabric, other materials and equipment.
Payment preferred by bank transfer if at all possible.
Any customer wishing to pay by cash will be asked to pay the correct amount to reduce the potential of contamination from coins and notes.
Please could I ask customers to kindly let me know if they experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you have a booking this will need to be cancelled until symptoms have disappeared or you have been tested and given a negative result.
